The apartment has a open plan kitchen/ living area which opens to a small balcony. The kitchen is fully self contained. The bedroom area includes a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom through the walk in wardrobe. The apartment comes with linen and towelling.
There is a rooftop pool and gym available to all guests with magnificent views.

Overall the apartment was adequate for our needs. It was clean, although décor is getting tired. The only minus was it's location near to the lift and the lift noise which we did get used to over the week. We reported the broken chair back and broken lock on the patio door which was quickly acknowledged for repair/replacement although neither happened while we were there. The location is great. Good value.
The apartment is in a good position, near the metro station, on bus routes, just a few minutes walk from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, The Botanic Gardens and Central Station. Comfortable and well equipped though a bit dated. The weather was cold and the heating took a long time to warm the apartment up. The weather also meant we weren't able to take advantage of the large balcony. During our stay the hotel pool area was being refurbished but I'm sure it will be a great asset. There was nowhere to leave luggage after checking out, the hotel staff were friendly but we weren't treated as guests. There is a Thai restaurant on the ground floor which was very good.
Really easy to find this property. Great communication from the start and keys were left on reception as instructed. Very clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Having a heated pool and gym was a bonus and access to laundry facilities in the building. Central to most areas and very easy to navigate round on public transport or walking down to the Harbour. Overall would recommend.

My wife and 3 children were travelling to Sydney to visit an elderly family friend who has cancer and doesn't have long to live. We befriended Glenys when we lived in Sydney just over 10 years ago and she got very close to our children. She lives alone and has no family other that ourselves so the kids are heart broken as we are most likely to be able to visit her before she passes due to the financial constraints. That said we needed to return to Europe before entering Peter's apartment as my wife's mother took ill and subsequently pass away 2 days later during the time we were to use the apartment. Peter refuse any form of refund or credit. Life can be cruel and more so some people with small hearts. My children are heart broken as the refund or credit would have been helpful towards any potential future visit. Wimdu support did their best to help but Peter is heartless recognizing we paid for 5 persons which incurred a higher daily rate. Think twice and read all reviews carefully
Hello Peter, we appreciated the stay in your appartment. It is in the center of Sydney, very sunny, has a modern style, enough space for three persons, good connections via WIFI, good equipment in the kitchen, even a washing and drying machine and a pool and sauna with a pantastic view across Sydney on the roof of the building. It´s just a little noisy due to the traffic and the typ of windows. Thanks a lot. We would choose it again next time.

Peu de communication et les clés doivent être récupérées à une autre adresse que celle de l'appartement (pas pratique sans voiture et avec bagages)
La salle de bain est vétuste et la propreté laisse à désirer. Des cafards dans l'appartement et l'immeuble.
Le plus de l'appartement : la terrasse et sa situation proche des transports en commun pour aller au centre de ville
In general our stay in Studio City views was ok, but i have to say that the reception of the building had a terrible smell. I don't know how people can work there.
And the apartment needs new furniture they looked from the 90`s.
The rest was great, it even had a washing machine and detergent and the basics for the kitchen, so you can cook instead of going out every day. Sydney is a expensive city.
Appartamento in una posizione fantastica per poter visitare la città sia a piedi che usufruendo dei mezzi pubblici e con una magnifica vista su Hyde Park. Gli elettrodomestici erano tutti perfettamente funzionanti, lo wi-fi perfetto con modem in camera; unica nota dolente la pulizia che lasciava molto a desiderare tanto che io mi sono comprata tutto il necessario e ho dato una ripulita generale, anzi ho poi lasciato a disposizione degli altri ospiti un secchio uno spazzolone ed altro. Vorrei suggerire al proprietario di far controllare gli scarichi dei lavandini poichè non funzionavano molto bene. Per il resto posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, so dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erobert werden können. Die zentrale Lage in einer Großstadt wie Sydney hat natürlich auch die entsprechenden Beeinträchtigungen, sprich es ist laut durch Straßenlärm. Da helfen auch geschlossene Fenster nichts. Der Balkon ist dadurch eher nicht nutzbar.
Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen abgenutzten Eindruck. Halter im Bad wackeln, abgestoßene Ecken an Wänden und Türen, durchgesessenes Sofa, usw. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte auch besser sein. Es fehlten Besteck oder sonstige Utensilien. Ebenso konnte der Gym -wegen Renovierung- nicht genutzt werden.
Befremdlich war jedoch das Geschäftsgebaren des Vermieters bzw. seines Büros kurz vor Antritt der Reise. Obwohl bei der Reservierung eine derartige Vereinbarung über die Wimdu-Plattform nicht erfolgt war, wurden kurz vor Antritt der Reise plötzlich 2.500 AUD Kaution gefordert, ansonsten sollte der Schlüssel nicht herausgegeben werden. Dank der Einschaltung von Wimdu "erinnerte" sich der Vermieter wieder an die ursprüngliche Vereinbarung und ich musste keine Kaution zahlen. Stress mit dem Vermieter ist immer unangenehm- auch im Urlaub. Also: Dieser Vermieter nicht wieder!
