This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located minutes walk from the city via The Domain and right in the heart of the vibrantly historical Woolloomooloo suburb.
Originally a part of the Woolloomooloo Waters Hotel, this apartment is independently owned but still able to benefit from guest amenities including pool, spa, sauna and security parking.
The apartment has a large living/dining area with great views across to The Domain and Botanical Gardens to the city skyline and Harbour Bridge. A terrace balcony that runs the entire length of the apartment provides outdoor seating perfect for warm summer nights. This spacious apartment can sleep up to 4 guests with a King bedroom and twin guest room.
The master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has built in wardrobes. The main bathroom is spacious with bath and separate shower cubicle The kitchen area includes fridge, freezer, electric stove and oven, dishwasher and kitchenware. The lounge is furnished with TV (including the hotel cable TV network), DVD and a stereo system.
The apartment is walking distance to the city, Oxford St, Kings Cross, Botanical Gardens and Opera House. Darling Harbour, Bondi Beach and Circular Quay Ferry terminal are just a short ride by car or taxi.

The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable although could do with being updated. The apartment had excellent views of Sydney. There was no information in the apartment about local amenities, such as how to get to the opera house, nearest supermarket, train station etc, The administration company for the apartment on our arrival were very poor,we rang ahead when we arrived at the Airport as requested by the office several days prior, no body answered so we had to leave a message on the answer phone, unaware if they had received this or not, we took a taxi to the apartment via the office, on arrival the office was locked up, no staff around, I had a taxi waiting on yellow lines! after about 5 minutes a member of staff appeared, extremely flustered as he had been in the pub and hadnt seen our taxi pull up! The key hand over was very rushed to the extent they omitted to tell us the number on the keyring with the room key was not the number of the apartment! Once we discovered this at the apartment, I asked the reception for assistance and was met by a very rude woman who basically told us she was busy, go away and I will speak to you when I am free, she did have enough time to point me to a road that had a pay phone! I then tried the emergency number I had for the office several times, without success nobody answered it. The said receptionist thought better of her actions and decided she would assist us. Thank god we had arrived on a domestic flight to Sydney not after our 20hour flight from the UK! Be warned if you stay here over a weekend, the pub next door is very noisy and the apartment has an extremely noisy neighbour who likes to party until 4am! Please allow about 60 dollars for a taxi from the airport, they dont like waiting around and will charge you! We did enjoy our stay in Sydney just a shame we were so tired due to the neighbour!

We had a great stay at his condo before our cruise. It was just as advertised and anything we needed was only a phone call away.
It was very clean when we arrived and the beds are very comfortable.
The condo is in a great location within walking distance to the CBD and Darling Harbour. We will defiantly be staying here again when we come back to Sydney.
Fabulous apartment, very spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view of the bridge and cityscape, lovely little touches by the host made us feel at home, very secure building and parking made all the difference I will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future
Appartment is very good located and has space enough for 4 to 5 people (one bedroom for adults, the other bedroom rather for 2-3 kids). Great is tennis-court and pool on the rooftop with amazing few.
The price was rather high and for this, in our opinion all details shoud be perfect (like dishwashing machine must work correctly, all lights should work, no broken chairs).

We stayed at the apartment in April 2015 (2 adults and 2 children) and found it to be excellent. Great location (handy to transport and also easy to walk into town and around), great facilities, spacious, very comfortable and very clean and tidy. The one negative was dealing with Peter and his office staff. When asking for clarification or assistance, they were very defensive and their general communication was not great. Once they sort that out, I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment as a great place to stay.
A perfect apartment with a perfect location.
The location is very good. you can walk to most sightseeging points. But the appartment is very small ald old.
when we arrived the phone lay down on the floor amd the kitchen was dirty. the room is also very dark there is no possibilitiy for sunlight to come in. so you dont est at home because its really not nice. There is no possibilty for wireless. Also the owner wasn't really kind. we ask if you could check out a little bit later or if could
baggage somewere. they just wrote back: "no", like in alot other situation. for that the price is really to hight also the cleaningfee of AUD 130 is way to
much for that little room.
