The house offers the following amenities: house built with stone walls and roof, is divided into two parts that connect from the outside. In one part has a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace, stereo, TV and video. And the other has a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Outside is a large patio with barbecue, wood oven and appropriate furniture to enjoy the beautiful views of the palm. In the lower part has a swimming pool with solarium and sunbeds.
Also available: kitchen, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Terrace, deck chairs, barbecue and pool. Satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD, video, fireplace, electric heating, washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
Located in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tijarana, the coast of the municipality is known for its beaches, very long and wide, golden sand and the famous and spectacular golf Maspalomas dunes and brackish water pond and the Oasis-palm (natural park). The northern end of the coast is instead stony, and the southern end is cliff.
Above the coast stretches a broad coastal plain (almost at sea level in the Campo Internacional de Maspalomas, somewhat higher in Playa del Ingles), fully urbanized, which is slowly rising to, furrowed by deep ravines, contact towards the central mountains of the island (another park). Tourism is the monoculture of the coastal zone, while as we ascend, we see cooler weather, a land more fertile and better farming.

All users without exception, must have in order his personal and family documents for either a passport or ID card, according to the nationality of the visitor.

Irregularities and / or deficiencies that the customer can find in the rented property must be communicated as soon as possible and during the stay to the owner. This will solve in the near future any defect or failure and even proceed to change the property if so deemed, provided that the reasons given are proven to be true. Any claim made after leaving the property will not be addressed because they lack the most basic criteria that could process the claim.
It is your responsibility to leave the property in the same state it found it, held responsible for all damages and impairments caused by the negligent action. It is also your responsibility at all times conform to the exact number of occupants who made the reservation. Under no circumstances will the maximum number of people booked, this will enable the owner or manager implementation of relevant measures (supplementary charge or eviction).

Beautiful situated after a ruff road. Inconvinient with kitchens location in the house and no heating, very cold!
Not enough heating in the rest of the house. Woods for the fireplace was brought to us the last evening.
Nachdem eine auf dem Anreiseplan vorgegebene Straße gesperrt war, wurde es für uns schwierig, die in den Bergen liegende Unterkunft im Dunkeln zu finden. Wir wurden per Telefon auf Englisch angeleitet und fanden dann doch noch das Ziel. Wir fragten uns aber, was wir ohne englische Sprachkenntnis gemacht hätten. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Man muss sich erst daran gewöhnen, dass Fenster in diesen im Sommer sehr heißen Landstrichen nicht üblich sind. Toll im Sommer, nicht unbedingt gemütlich an kühlen Wintertagen. Im Bad saß man direkt vor dem Waschtisch auf der Toilette und stand beim Waschen eingeklemmt zwischen Waschbecken und Klo. Diese Variante war für uns neu. Alles in allem war es sauber und wir genossen die Ruhe und die wunderbare Natur. Orangen direkt am Haus pflücken und zu Saft verarbeiten zu können, war toll. Das Baden im Pool im Februar ist nur was für ganz Abgehärtete. Wir waren sehr froh, auf Grund des guten Wetters jeden Morgen
draußen essen zu können. Da wir aus allem das Beste zu machen pflegen, gefiel uns der Urlaub. Für Mäkelexperten wäre es nichts.
Sehr schönes Haus für Selbstversorger Abseits und einsam gelegen unter Palmen und zwischen Orangenbäumen in einem Bergtal. Anfahrtbeschreibung hat uns richtig zum Haus geführt, obwohl zwischendurch Zeifel aufkamen. 2 Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Wichtigste im Ort St. Lucia (ca. 10 Minuten). Genügend Wasser einkaufen. Wanderweg nach Tunte in der Nähe. Fahrt nach Maspalomas 1 Stunde. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten im Inneren. Guter Platz zum Ausspannen, Faulenzen. DVD, Satellitenfernsehen, deutsche und englische Bücher und Resieführer vor Ort. Ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfe.
Very nice Cotage, terass and garden. Well equipped. Good location. Clean and a lot of space. Also nice to pick fresh oranges for the breakfast juice in the garden.
Sleeping rooms uppstairs and the stairs are a little bit tricky ! One week was not enough.
Everything was okay, except for adress. In advertisment and in message from owners there are two diffirent adresses, and we couldn't find the house at first.
The owner (Antonio) was very pleasant and brought for us some fresh oranges and lemons :)
A sweet little house up in the hills on the island. The owners were lovely - they gave us wood for the fire which was fabulous on winter evenings. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely holiday.
Our family spent one week during christmas at this beautiful place. We arrived late at night. The housekeeper met us at a nearby restaurant and showed us the way to the house and the facilities. The temperature in the saltwater pool was quite low but fortunately we had nice weather during the whole week and it was no mayor problem. The pool is shared by two houses, we were lucky to have it for ourselves since the other house was not occupied during our stay. There are generous facilities in the pool area including fridge, dishwasher, barbecue. The standard in the house is above average, it is well equipped with laundry, TV and so on, comfortable beds and very clean. The house i situated at the end of a road, surrounded by palm trees and cactus, very calm (despite the sound of the barking dogs in the village), far away from the mainstream tourist villages. The nearest supermarket is at Agaete, a 20-25 min ride on a VERY curvy road.
A pretty, cosy house in very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Lots of good walking paths in the vicinity. Beautiful mountain scenery. Modest food shops and restaurants in the village a couple of kilometres away. A perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet and nature experiences.
Very nice house in a small beatiful village in a vally surounded by mountains. If you want to get away from alle the tourist resorts, this is the perfect place. Do visit Rock Nublo, but be aware that you have to do a lot of mountain driving :-)
The house, with it's own garden, a small garage and a sun terrace (with barbicue) is a gem. Getting in/out of the garage takes some learning but do-able in a small car. There is street parking about 150m away. The house is large, a very relaxing house with a vally view to the sea from from the terrace. It was a pleasure to stay there. It is on a hill so keeps you fit. There is a small supermarket (but very good) within walking distance. Unlike may proerties, this house has enough space for 6 without being cramped or using temporary beds - it has three good bedrooms, a TV lounge, a large sitting room and a reasonable kitchen - perhaps a bit cramped for 6 in the kitchen, but it works. I have given 4 stars, the only reason not to give five is the hill acces for a car.If you use a big car - then you would need to park 150m away. Conclusion:- It is a lovely house and garden, well worth the effort of climbing the hill, secluded, not overlooked, a real gem.
