The room is ideal for couples, friends, family or professionals visiting the City. Has an amazingly comfortable double bed, a plasma TV, freezer, internet and a shared fitted kitchen with washing machine. Soap and shampoo are also available.
Close to the high-octane world of the City of London and also near to London's trendy east End, with Shoreditch and Brick Lane very nearby. Liverpool Street Tube Station is 1 minute walk away. Liverpool Street is a big transport hub with connections all over the great city of London.
Shoreditch is in the east of central London and is one of the most popular areas in London at the moment. It is full of trendy cafés, bars, restaurants and other meeting points such as galleries and small shops. There are also a lot of exciting markets surrounding the area such as Brick Lane Market, Broadway Market and Colombia Road Market.
A short walk away from Shoreditch is Liverpool Street station where you can access Central Line, which will take you to the Oxford Street in 10 minutes. Oxford Street is the main shopping street in London, and nearby are a lot of the typical attractions of London. There are also plenty of buses and night buses running 24/7 from all directions in London. Whether you want to enjoy a day (or night) out in central London, or chill out with the locals in one of the markets, Shoreditch is the perfect location for you.
7£ per hour after 10PM for late check-in.

Great location, you can enjoy major London attractions without using bus or tube. Easy check-in and check-out. The room and whole appartment is well equipped - in the kitchen there is all you might need during your stay. In the flat there are a few rooms that are rented, so you share the bathroom and kitchen. Those common parts are frequently cleaned so all is very neat. The room itself is nice and cosy. Liverpool Street Station within 1 minute walk, numerous restaurants and pubs just nextdoor. Highly recommended!
Friendly reception staff, room very small but ok, prime location
In contradiction to what I read in the reviews, I thought the place was pretty easy to find (I had taken a picture of where it was on Google maps, that really helped). Marcos was nice, but we didn't have that much contact with him, he showed us around and left us to it, and for us that was enough. The room was nice, it looked a bit like a hotel room, it's really convenient to have your own fridge and TV in the room. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked nice and clean. The bathroom could use some fixing(I think they are busy doing that!), but worked fine as well. The place was a bit noisy (I once heard a child cry somewhere in the flat in the middle of the night) but not so much that it bothered us. The neighborhood was fine, I didn't feel unsafe, and Bethnal Green station really is conveniently close. The best thing about the room is that it's not so expensive, so if you're going to be out and about in Londen all day, and you just need a nice place to sleep, I would surely recommend one of Marcos's rooms!
Had some confusion with check-in time, but after showing all my paperwork which agreed a certain check-in time the receptionist sorted things out in 30mins. The room itself is very nice and spacious but extremely cold. The bathroom is in need of repair... Had to leave early because I was freezing
I would not recommend this room to anyone. The room was tiny, half of the electronics were broken, the toilet didn't work, and the window didn't lock properly. Unless you only want somewhere in this area for a night I would look elsewhere.
Room is small (8'x12'), but very clean and suitable for someone traveling. Every room has a window, and the walls are thick enough that you don't hear your neighbors. Safe and close to the Liverpool Station, so tube and major bus routes are accessible without having to transfer to other lines. The room had a bed, night table, closet, dorm refrigerator, small table and chair, so it was a bit crowded and I had to move table and chair. Linens were clean and they furnish two huge towels, but no washcloth, so bring your own. The room also had an electric radiator, which worked very quickly to heat the room. The shower room was separate from the toilet, which is good because it doesn't tie up both when one is in use. The shower also used a point-of-use water heater, so you never ran out of hot water. It also had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans and table ware. All in all it was a very good experience as far as inexpensive London hotels go.
The only problems I could spot were that either the keys were not cut accurately or the locks were loose on the inside, because I had to jiggle the keys to make them work and the lady at the reception desk said other guests had the same problem. They did work, though, it just took a little time to learn the right way to jiggle them. Also the carpet on the stairs needs to be replaced because on some steps the tacks had torn loose, which could cause someone to trip and fall while they were carrying luggage up the steps (there is no lift). I was pleased enough so that I rebooked for four days on my return trip, so none of those were deal-breakers for me, even though the stairs were a bit hard on my knees (I'm an old guy in my 60s and I took too much luggage with me, as usual).
The host cancelled the booking, this review is automated.
Everything was ok. Good location, perhaps sharing the bathroom with four more rooms made it a bit difficult sometimes, but it was not a surprise!. Thanks for a good time Marcos.
I do recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a budget yet very clean and comfy place to stay in London. It's really close to Liverpool Str station and to many interesting things to see. I haven't met Marcos but there was no problem picking the keys up or giving them back.
Small room but had all you need. clean share facilities. Noisy street on weekend nights with pubs close by. Very close to liverpool street station and buses to get about London. Secure entry but no lift if you can't climb up to 3 flights of stairs.
