We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is amazing - close to a big metro/RER station and close to a beautiful boulevard and grocery store. The host was very helpful and the check in time and check out time was very flexible so it fitted our flights. The neighbors were a little bit noisy.
All in all a very good experience!

Definitely recommended! We have for the first time used wimdu and we're really pleased. The apartment is well located, within walking distance of the metro (line 1, ideal for visiting any place in Paris). Just like in the pictures, clean, warm, well furnished and complete.
Julien was courteous, he expected at 22, shown to the apartment and went away.
We are very satisfied. Rocco and Ale
Julien is a quite friendly man who welcomed us and showed us the place
in detail (how is the TV working, where can you find the bed linen, a hair dryer, how is the bed working, where to bring the waste, where to go in Paris...)
The place itself is perfect to stay in Paris. The metro is near, small stores where you can by bread, meat, flowers, vegetables are just around the corner, a supermarket and some restaurants as well.
The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The staircase is a bit noisy but we could not here other neighbors through the walls.
All in all you don´t make a mistake if you choose this small apartment to stay in Paris.
Wishes from Germany! And many thanks!!
The apartment is all you need for a few days city break in Paris. Our host Julien was very understanding and kind, even when we turned up almost an hour late due to train strikes!
The only possible thing I could comment on is the comfort of the sofa bed and pillows... But that is to be expected considering its a sofa bed!
Would definitely recommend, in a great area of Paris for quick access to the metro. About 5 mins away :)
The apartment is very well furnitured and it is located close to the city centre. The closest metro station is Nation. It is a very nice place for a romantic weekend in Paris
The apartment is very clean and very well located, 5 minutes walk from Nation station, well connected with the main sightseeings via the Metro, RER. The bed is very comfortable. We had everything necessary for our stay. I do recommend it!
I decided to write in English so (almost) everyone can understand! We have been totally satisfied about the flat, the location and the host! Le Monsieur was very friendly and flexible to meet us at our convenient time and gave us suggestions too. The area is very nice, you have an amazing boulangerie just at the corner and a supermarket open till 1 am. It's 5 minutes walk from Nation station, very well connected with the rest of the town and the main sightseeings via the Metro. It's also very easy to get there from the airport (Orly). The flat is totally equipped, it was very clean and nice warm. Our feedback is super positive!
We were very happy with our experience here! The apartment was cozy and very thoughtfully furnished, with pretty much everything one would need for a short stay. It was indeed well-located and easy to find, and the area felt safe to us at night.
The wifi worked great, though we couldn't really run more than one computer at a time on it. (But this is probably a good thing if one is on vacation.)
The owner was very friendly, gracious, and helpful. He speaks primarily French, so you may need to bring a phrasebook or use some sort of translation app to communicate if you don't speak the language. He is so kind that I really don't see the language barrier as much of an issue.
